Jon Clegg is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has earned two masters degrees (MAcc in Tax and an MBA in global management), and has many years of experience in the IRS, public accounting, and private industry. He has served as CFO for several organizations, has founded several businesses, and has a depth of experience in many industries. Jon has experience in tax preparation for personal and business returns and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Esteban Avalle is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with extensive experience in taxation, auditing, financial analysis, and business management. With a Master of Accountancy from Westminster College and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Utah Valley University, he has built a robust career spanning government, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. A Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and CPA candidate (2025), Esteban has expertise across multiple industries, including construction, real estate, retail, non-profits, and international banking. Having worked with the IRS, he is proficient in tax auditing and in tax preparation (corporate & individual). Beyond his corporate career, Esteban successfully owned and operated a janitorial business managing 100+ employees and servicing major retail chains. Fluent in English, Spanish (native), and intermediate Portuguese, he brings a global perspective and over 13 years of international experience across Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
